Inspirance was set up in 2003 by Neil Wilkie, our Managing Director.
We have worked with a wide range of organisations; from large multinationals to small owner managed businesses. From government bodies to not for profit organisations.
We only work with organisations where we can make a genuine difference.
Our passion is to make organisations more successful through building effective teams and motivated and skilled individuals
Our team have real world business experience, having run a variety of businesses as well as having developed significant training and coaching skills.
